Need COmputer HELP!!!

Hi, the last few days my computer keeps turning itdelf off then back on then off and when it is working I am reading some posts in the NFL forum and it just crashed and started back up and that is where I am at as of now typing this, anyone know what is causing this computer is only 5 months old it is real frustrating in the middle of something and it just shuts itself off, any help would be appreciated. Do you have any form of Anti Virus installed? The first thing I think of when "unexplained" actions happen is a dreaded VIRUS!....It could be something as simple as your plugin strip....

Could be a power supply going to shit. If it's a laptop, it's probably overheating(very common).

I say you buy a new PC.... easy solution......$299.00 will buy you a nice DELL start up

I don't think buying a new Dell is the right answer. Sorry am not of greater help.
Patience when dealing with those customer service agents in India will EVENTUALLY pay off. I know your frustration, but if still under wannanty ask them over and over till you can understand . I even had to ask a rep from HP (India) to SPELL words he was saying. Frustrating to put it mildly!
